In 2007, at a time when there was still no talk of the rehabilitation of the center of Porto, we found, hidden in the beautiful area of the Dukes, two houses practically in ruins.
After a deep intervention, in which we managed to carefully recover the original charming architecture of the facades, the first Renovato Port was created.

The first residential building of Outside the Box
The concept we had developed here is applied for the first time. All decisions made and all the solutions found have a goal, the comfort and satisfaction of those who will inhabit the building. From exemplary soundproofing to elegant and impeccably applied finishes, every detail made it one of the city’s most sought-after buildings.
The apartments
The central location and proximity of the Faculty of Fine Arts, was perfect for a young and cosmopolitan audience. Thus, we opted for several models of typologies T0 and T1k, from a cozy Studio to a magnificent duplex apartment on the upper floors of the building.
