The concept that was born more than 10 years ago with the creation of the Porto Renovato brand will have its maximum exponent here, presenting a new level of comfort and residential design in this area.

Outside, we pay homage to the architecture of Porto, with a traditional façade punctuated with granite balconies and wrought iron railings, lined with what is already one of our brands, the unmistakable blue tile.

With polkadot’s interior design back to you, from the moment we enter we will be surrounded by subtle elegance thanks to the carefully decorated common areas.

The construction

From the beginning our main bet was on the quality of construction. From the choice of finishes to small constructive details, everything goes through a careful process of analysis and selection.

As always, special emphasis on soundproofing, almost perfect between apartments and in relation to the exterior.
